Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

showzenith operates this website from the United Kingdom. By accessing or using the site and enrolling in any of our specialised courses on live production decks, control rooms, multi-camera switching, live broadcasting techniques, real-time video operation or professional management of television and streaming productions, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately.

Eligibility and permitted use

Users must be at least eighteen years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under UK law. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with professional training in broadcast production. Access is granted on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis and must not interfere with the rights of other users or the operation of the site.

Prohibited conduct

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, distribute malware, scrape content, or use the site to promote competing services. Any behaviour that disrupts live production training materials, misrepresents your identity or harasses staff is strictly forbidden and may result in immediate termination of access.

Accounts, submissions and user content

Where accounts are created for course enrolment or progress tracking, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any materials you submit, such as practical assignments on video switching or control-room scenarios, remain your responsibility. We may use anonymised submissions to improve course quality but will not publish them without your explicit consent.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, diagrams, video demonstrations and course structures are owned by showzenith or its licensors. You may download course notes for personal study only. No part of the material may be reproduced, distributed or adapted for commercial training without prior written permission. Trademarks such as course names must not be used in any way that suggests endorsement.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference external platforms used for video hosting, payment processing or supplementary reading. These references do not constitute endorsement. We have no control over third-party privacy practices or content accuracy and accept no liability for their services.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with or without notice. Course content and pricing may change; material alterations will be communicated via the contact details you provide.

Disclaimers that remain subject to mandatory consumer law

While every effort is made to ensure training materials reflect current industry practice, we do not warrant that completion of any course guarantees employment or specific technical outcomes. Consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from use of the site or courses shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limit does not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify showzenith against any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of course materials, including any infringement of third-party intellectual property during practical exercises.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts. You retain the right to refer disputes to alternative dispute resolution schemes where applicable under consumer protection legislation.

Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver.
